Your satisfaction and business is very important to me. Here are a few things to know about Skin Alchemy to make sure everyone is able to enjoy their treatments.

Cancellation Policy
It is company policy to require all guests give 24 hours notification of cancellation; failure to do so will result in a 100% charge of your scheduled treatment.

Payment
Payment is due at the end of treatment without exception. Cash or check is preferred but I also accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Gift Certificates
Available in any denomination, gift certificates are perfect for any occasion.

Referrals
I greatly appreciate your referrals and will reward you and the person referred for them. For each referral, please have the client mention your name when booking the appointment. They will receive $10.00 off their first appointment and you will receive $10.00 off your next treatment. Once I have seen three of your referrals you will receive a free upgrade of your choice!

Frequent Customer Discounts
Please ask about frequent facial and peel discounts!

Appointment Availability
Skin Alchemy operates by appointment only. If you have an upcoming event or have a tough time booking an open time slot, please just let me know. I will try my best to fit you in during a more convenient time. In addition, I can often come early or stay late.

Cell Phone Use
Please respect our quiet oasis and everyone’s right to relax. Please put phones on “silent” when entering the spa.

Arrival Time
While there is a comfortable waiting area, the front door is often locked while client treatments are going on. About 15 minutes before your appointment time, I will be on the lookout for you and can easily let you in. If you don’t see anyone or arrive very early just knock, call or text. I can easily let you in so that you may relax in the waiting area.

If you are late for your appointment
When you book an appointment at Skin Alchemy your appointment time is scheduled and allocated exclusively to you throughout your treatment. If you are late for a scheduled appointment, you may choose one of two options:

1. You may receive a shortened treatment, if time permits.

2. You may reschedule your appointment for a more convenient time, however, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
